Waypoints mod decided to stop working
That is HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod. The version you see in the video is of the 1.12 port which is outdated for the past year, yet there is some talk that someone is continuing work on 1.12. The continually updated version by the main dev is for 1.7.10 - https://github.com/HbmMods/Hbm-s-Nuclear-Tech-GIT
