1) Install ADB & ADB Universal Drivers on the PC (Restart might be required) : https://github.com/K3V1991/ADB-and-FastbootPlusPlus/releases 2) Enable USB Debugging on the RP2+: Settings > System > About RP2+ > Tap on the Build number x5 times > Back to System > Developer Options > USB Debugging 3) Connect the RP2+ to the PC 4) On the PC, launch ADB + Fastboot++ & type the command "adb devices" (without quotes) 5) On the RP2+, select "Always Allow from this computer" & "Allow" 6) On the PC, now type "adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.baidu.ota" (without quotes) & press enter 7) That's it, no more OTA / OTA notifications.
