Github has also banned https://github.com/ajax-lives/NoRussian and its forks, which was the base of http://norussian.xyz (also down). and http://norussian.tk. Now there is https://stoprussia.net.ua/, which still runs.

https://github.com/ajax-lives/NoRussian is no more accessible, as well as http://norussian.xyz and http://norussian.tk . Any good alternative to exchange educational programs ?

NoRussian.tk was taken down by Freenom, a fraudulent free domain business. This is standard pratice and how they make money stealing domains.
