Is there a reason for this in this screenshot? Also is there an anti-cheat plugin I can use where I know if somebody is cheating or not this does not tell me the whole story.
Vulcan is a good anticheat. You can find it on spigotmc If you can't use that, Updated NCP is also an alright option, though Vulcan is better.

How can I enable Elytras with NoCheatPlus?
Asofold went inactive. However there's a continued version of it in this github and it is working perfectly fine in 1.19.3: https://github.com/Updated-NoCheatPlus/NoCheatPlus/

As Trix said, Vulcan is probably the best although its paid so if you rather not pay maybe use NocheatPlus

Updated-NoCheatPlus config to allow certain hacks?
Heyo, I have a subscription to an Amazon Lightsail instance, and I'm looking to use it by making a small semi-Anarchy server on 1.19.2 for some friends and mutuals with a plan to eventually make it public. I want to avoid using any proprietary plugins, so I'm using this fork of NCP to allow cheats like KillAura, CrystalAura, Jesus, X-ray, Tracers, Scaffold, NoFall, Aimbot, etc but prevent EntitySpeed, Flight, Duping, Laggers, GodMode, Bedrock Breaking, End Portal Destruction, Illegal Items, and anything that can threaten the integrity of the server. I have created an internal server on my PC for testing with the Meteor Client, but NCP detects the cheats I want to allow disregarding the check perms in place.

Best free anticheat for 1.18.2?
I attempted to use this fork of NCP for 1.18.2: https://github.com/Updated-NoCheatPlus/NoCheatPlus, but it has a lot of false-positives which make the gameplay unplayable for the players. Does anyone have a good 1.18.2 anticheat? Thank you.

Any good login plugin for Velocity?
Use online UUIDs and skins for legit minecraft accounts This feature is part of FastLogin and PremiumConnector and also part of SimpleAuth (fabric and forge mod). I'm not sure about this, but there might be a way to forward the player's UUID and skin to a Fabric or a Forge server that's behind Velocity (which is a feature I would greatly appreciate as not even SkinsRestorer supports forwarding this to fabric). Again, CraftAPI (the library that Mojang Resolver is part of) could be very useful when it comes to implementing this.
