Are there blocklists that actually work?
As far as lists go, its extremely subjective. Definitely look into the Hagezi lists and yokoffing's configuration guide, I'd recommend Multi Pro++ for most people. Most other blocklists are redundant with that one.

Can anyone guide me how to use Next Dns & Apple Private Relay Both simultaneously at the same time On Iphone?
I followed this https://github.com/yokoffing/NextDNS-Config and my Apple private relay works. It shows a red dot next to the profile when I check but the logs still show what I browse

Free hulu and HBO max
You download the app, create an account at the official website NextDNS.io, the the first page that will open will be the setup page. From there you will choose your device and follow the steps until your NextDNS account is connected to your device. For the blocklists I recommend this website for guidance. After that you’re all set.

Unable to reach topgolf website with NextDNS
Nope. Can’t confirm. Abel to reach the site while running the same (and only) list. I also don’t see these exact trackers blocked while accessing the domain. I’d set up my profile with this guide. Hope that helps. BR

I work at a apartment/hotel complex and my YouTube was logged into someone's TV??
Please anybody using public wifi networks, protect yourself as much as possible. You can use encrypted dns on all of your devices. iPhone / Mac users download one of the profiles. Android users : choose the dns blocking level you want and enter the corresponding address in “private dns” on most Android devices in the network settings. My preference is dns over tls but dns over https is good too. TLS is just one additional layer of encryption. (Encrypts packets between your device and router) or just use a vpn or both.

Mullvad: Moving our Encrypted DNS servers to run in RAM
Mullvad encrypted DNS is also available to all - whether paying for VPN services or not.
In addition they also support optional content blocking[1] via blocklists, just set the desired TLS/HTTPS DNS server.
