NGB VS noodles

To reproduce the case, let's take a random project from GitHub: NGB, a web genome-viewer tool. To simplify the search for suspicious code fragments, I use the PVS-Studio static analyzer.

A terminal Graphical viewer could be super useful to work directly on ssh remote servers. As Graphical viewer we use [NGB](https://github.com/epam/NGB) or IGV, but they cannot be used directly on servers, you need to get your data locally.

A rust library to parse bam/sam/vcf and all formats used in NGS already exists with noodle.
