Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

[D]Neural-Style-PT is capable of creating complex artworks under 20 minutes.
So I make NST art with scripts like this (using a content weight of around 0-100, and style weight of 5000+): https://github.com/ProGamerGov/Multiscale-Resolution-Scripts/blob/master/multires_style2content_hist_large_cp.sh

Here's something you don't see every day: PyTorch running on top of ROCm on a 6800M (6700XT) laptop! Took a ton of minor config tweaks and a few patches but it actually functionally works. HUGE!
Well, mostly this one https://github.com/ProGamerGov/neural-style-pt . It's based on pytorch.

Limited Perspective, Digital artwork made by me.
I generated Neural Style 2021_11_18_08_15_07 with the content of this post and the style of a post in /r/AbstractArt using a neural style transfer algorithm.

An AI painted how the world will look like in 2050 based on current climate change predictions
I know about neural algorithms. Looking into that site, it looks like the person who created the site used this github project as a kicking off point, but again, that's just art generation from a standard neural algorithm. It doesn't have any capacity to do it from a word that has a meaning.

333 Cover art in the style of Bladee's own artwork using AI
For anyone wondering, here's the AI I used as well as a tutorial on how to use it.
