many 3rd party reddit clients have a simple account switch feature built in - i use dawn, but infinity, etc have the feature as well - another option is app-cloning (1+, etc built it into their android, but apps like insular and MultiApp can add the feature if your phone dosnt ship with it)

Google Authenticator?
Email: You can use either FairEmail (F-Droid | GitHub or K-9 Mail (F-Droid | GitHub ). In both clients you can add a gmail account through IMAP. The advantage is that you won't need any Google Services installed but you will still be able to access your gmail account.

YSK that when you open marketing emails, they immediately know that you have opened it.
K-9 will become mobile Thunderbird in the near future. But it's already plenty usable as it is, and it does not load external resources by default.
