Open the "level.dat" file in NBT Studio

Edit the level.dat file with an NBT editor (I recommend using NBTStudio) or if you are running a Bukkit server, try using Essentials or a similar plugin.

i don't think nbt explorer can copy/paste multiple tags at once. you could try nbt studio instead

Mabye you can modify the world files (specifically the level.dat) using an NBT Editor to turn it back into an achievement gainable world.

Can someone please provide me with a full list of all the Minecraft creation planning tools that are capable of generating easy to follow plans for complex structures that are still active to this day on the World Wide Web? Like both NBT Studio & PCK Studio for example which are still active today according to the Tutorials/Programs and editors/Specialized programs – Minecraft Wiki website.

Universal Minecraft Editor is just an NBT editor, If your looking to create custom trades I would check what the underlying structure of the NBT is in 1.18 and then use an up to date editor like this one. You can also summon in custom villagers in game wich might be preferable than trying to use a NBT editor unless you want to batch procces villagers or have villagers spawn in with custom trades.
