I feel like Plex is like 50% when it detects intros to skip for anime. How to increase this?
If you really want them you could hackily add them manually, but they'll get wiped out and need to be restored any time you add another episode or reanalyze a season.

Boggles the mind that we still cant turn off credits minimization weeks after release. When it works it irks me a little but when it minimizes early I am very frustrated.
There is a decent third party workaround to this. Marker Editor for Plex.. It allows you to manually edit/change/add the intro and credit detector markers.

Turned off credit detection. How can I delete already generated credit skips?
There's also this editor (self-plug), which allows you to add/edit/remove markers. There are some downsides, like Plex wiping out customizations when a season/movie is reanalyzed, so you may occasionally have to manually restore them.

The latest beta release of the tool associated with the link above can make it a bit easier, though I haven't thoroughly tested mass-delete yet (hence why it's still a beta release).

From what I've seen, it mostly gets confused whenever there's text at the end of an episode, which is especially common in quiz/panel shows that often have a scoreboard near the end. I've been making unsupported manual edits for some items that I've noticed Plex is getting wrong, but it's definitely not a sustainable approach (and they get overwritten once an episode/season is reanalyzed).

Add, Edit, and Delete Intro Markers with Plex Intro Editor
Yeah, it would be nice to have both in a single package, but the only conversion I know is C# to JS with the decade-old Script#, and I'd be amazed if it worked with any modern C# project. It's probably easier to just add it separately, though maybe there will be bits and pieces that can be helpful if you do look to add manual editing functionality.
