The number of mentions indicates the total number of mentions that we've tracked plus the number of user suggested alternatives.
Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Help! How do I get started with designing a simple PCB?
hawk by Mike Watts - From start to finish for an ARM dev board. - Very clearly explained and organised, though can be a bit technical in places. - It's a great guide!
- Is there a Fritzing Part of the ESP32-S2 ? Can't find anything. Newbee question
- I added media keys to my desk!

Milk 2% & "Long Life Milk"
The "Long Life Milk" is obviously taking great inspiration from the 2%, I modified the case and used a MiniMacro5 PCB inside, added Mill-Max sockets and VIA support for good measure. The case took longer than I care to admit.

It's all for a pretty involved costume (think serious cosplay costumes). The general idea is that I'll have a small keypad with a knob (probably this thing with 4 keys and 1 knob: https://github.com/LeafCutterLabs/miniMACRO5) that sends keystrokes to an RPi, which in turn plays the sounds or manipulates the lights. The lights are mounted throughout the costume and the speaker is carried in a backpack and has it's own battery.

Wood you like some media controls on your desk?
Minimacro5 is basically already the PCB you need! https://github.com/LeafCutterLabs/miniMACRO5

Macropad Help
I like it, this design supports 5x knobs https://github.com/LeafCutterLabs/miniMACRO5 All the files are there so you are free to modify or just make your own.

I added media keys to my desk!
The gerber/eagle files are on the github so feel free to have your own made or modify it. https://github.com/LeafCutterLabs/miniMACRO5

Yeah, take a look at the GitHub, the designer sells them on Tindie or you can get the Pcb's made up yourself. I had a batch made up myself, grabbed the parts from several places and printed the cases myself.

Help custom Macropad!
The easiest is the atmega32u4 and you may want to start designing around a pro-micro. I designed the minimacro5 (https://github.com/LeafCutterLabs/miniMACRO5) and the eagle/gerber files are there feel free to mess around with it. Feel free to msg with any questions.
What are some alternatives?
