Mailozaurr VS MSGraphMail

Easy way to send emails using Microsoft Graph API (Office 365) with PowerShell explains how you can deal with Microsoft's disabling of basic auth with the help of Mailozaurr. MadBoyEvo explains, "The only difference between using Standard SMTP and SMTP with Basic auth is renaming Send-MailMessage to Send-EmailMessage, adding a Graph switch, and changing SMTP Server, SMTP port to Graph API application, which unfortunately requires some effort. But it's no longer necessary to play with what Microsoft offers as an alternative."

You can use https://github.com/EvotecIT/Mailozaurr to connect to imap on gmail, read emails and find links and finally visit them.

Google still allows app passwords for SMTP mailing on 587. You can use PowerShell or whatever to send it. I really like the Mailozaurr module for email (https://github.com/EvotecIT/Mailozaurr) and it even supports Google oAuth2.

There are a few methods to interact, there's the Microsoft.Graph set of PowerShell modules. Then you can make the calls directly as seen in https://github.com/homotechsual/msgraphmail (my module)
