I am the lead dev of https://github.com/Raku-MUGS which is an actively-developed framework for building multi-user game services in Raku. Note that there are still some bits that I've prototyped locally (such as an arcade game to prove that the system was fast enough for twitch games), but have not yet uploaded; I'm working on that too.
