Full character sheet - like MPMB?
For this purpose I am looking for a recourse akin to the marvelous MorePurpleMoreBetter character sheet for 5e, which produces a PDF sheet containing all relevant information for the character pulled from the sources. It does not simply say "Firebolt". It tells you what firebolt does. And what sneak attack does, and what the "Outlander" background feature can do for a character.
- Based on current playtest content (and WotC behaviour), do you plan on playing 5.5e?

Need help adding new feature
Also check out the github page. There's a section called "additional content syntax" which has documents for how to add everything from subclasses to weapons, armor, and spells to the sheet. Also check out the "additional content" section as that has several classes sub pages to check out for examples

Creating a form fillable PDF that populates based on variables entered
Inspired by the MPMB Character Sheet for D&D games, I wanted to create a sheet that has variables and functions that would function for my workplace.

Custom Creation Help?
You should probably start by looking at the additional content syntax on MPMB's github. I know there's already a script on there for the Warmage from Valda's Spire of Secrets and one of it's subclasses, as well as three spells from the book, so that would probably be worth taking a look at too. As it happens I'm also actually working on a script commission for someone at the moment that adds in the House of Knights Warmage and a handful of spells from Valda's Spire of Secrets.

Need help finding a character sheet
You can get the latest version here and possibly send the creator a few bucks on Patreon to say “thanks!”

Is D&D's character sheet terribly designed?
As a starting point, there are so many customized class specific character sheets (with form fillable pdfs) that better use the space than the traditional 5E sheet. I used these character sheets a bunch; I also used the earliest iteration of the MPMB sheet but haven't circled back to them in years. My "character sheet" has never been limited to a single double sided piece of paper. Since 4E, I've used a binder with a bunch of info broken out into chunks with dividers. I've kept multiple characters in the binder; several years into 5E, I noticed it was getting a bit full so finally chucked the 4E references still lingering in the back of the binder.

Comments for Static Sites without JavaScripts
If you're mocking me for avoiding client-side scripting then without discipline PDF is hardly any better. I disable JS by default (and only turn them for e.g. to reply to you here because Reddit decides to inject forms instead of hiding them via CSS) and the browsing experience is a lot snappier.
