Submod Searching
1) Auto Atmos Change. Changes the weather based on your location. (You do need to make an account and an API key on a different website for it to work, its free though.) Link

I need a bit of help. I have Auto Atmos Change submod but it isn't working. It's raining, but with Moni it isn't.
Assuming you setup everything correctly (other people have already covered this) it could just be that the weather forecast for the area you put in for your api key doesn't show it's raining. That rain is probably over by now, but the next time the weather doesn't match up try checking the weather listed at the site linked for the submod.
But there is such a submod
There is? Here. I've already unlocked the weather option.
There's also a similar problem posted on the github issues. Is your MAS weather set to progressive? If it is set to clear then it won't change.
You should try making an issue on the Auto Atmos Change GitHub page, so the developer for it can help you.

Submod "auto atmos change" question
I downloaded the submod last year, so I honestly can’t remember if it took quite that long. It might be a good idea to bring it up with the submod dev.
