Building executable from JavaFX application using Gradle and JDK11
I'm aware that I can't just build a jar because JFX requires operating-system-specific native libraries. So I was wondering what an alternative to the old javafx-gradle-plugin by FibreFoX would be.
What are some alternatives?
tqrespec - TQRespec - The respec tool for Titan Quest game
proguard - ProGuard, Java optimizer and obfuscator
samples - JavaFX samples to run with different options and build tools
JavaPackager - :package: Gradle/Maven plugin to package Java applications as native Windows, MacOS, or Linux executables and create installers for them.
jtoolprovider-plugin - This Maven Plugin does two things. First, it automatically transforms your Maven dependency graph into Java modules. Second, it bridges Maven and built-in Java tools like jdeps, jlink, and jpackage.
jib - 🏗 Build container images for your Java applications.
maven-jpackage-template - Sample project illustrating building nice, small cross-platform JavaFX or Swing desktop apps with native installers while still using the standard Maven dependency system.
javafx-gradle-plugin - Gradle plugin that makes it easy to work with JavaFX 11+
gradle-download-task - 📥 Adds a download task to Gradle that displays progress information
