How to add custom logos to replace activities in the top left?
Only way is using “extensions”. Here’s a simple one,, Gnome 41 updated that do what u are asking for. This is another one but as it’s more complex, it tend to not receive updates faster for each new Gnome version.

Dolphin Icons on Hyprland...Hell Icons In General...NEED HELP!
I think the icon theme that I linked might need to be updated or something. I installed the Tela circle theme from this Github repo using the included install script and both Dolphin and Thunar pick up all of the right icons!!

This is the Gnome Shell theme I'm using (top bar), the theme is Flat Remix GTK Blue Darkest, the icons Tela Circle and Cursor cursor theme is Vimix.
