    Don't disagree that those should be culled from my adlists (I just did), but: * Fademind deleted his list in 2020 (github drama: https://github.com/FadeMind/hosts.extras/issues/39) *Can't find much for shalla_mal, but discussion about it seemed to die down in the past couple of years so I suspect it was removed awhile ago too
