Watch Jellyfin content on non-smart TV
Kodi is a media client as it provides a UI for you to browse, search for and view media. I have it running on my Raspberry Pi as LibreELEC. It connects to the same media sources that Jellyfin uses via SFTP. They support the same scrappers and folder structures so they can share the same media sources. If you're not adamant about using Jellyfin on the Raspberry Pi, this could be an option.

Does anyone know why Kodi will not continuously run on a windows 11 machine?
thats not a Kodi issue... it is a Windows and hardware issue... if the only job of the pc is Kodi then use LibreELEC's Kodi... 1000 times better! https://libreelec.tv/

There's a specific list for it: https://github.com/Perflyst/PiHoleBlocklist/
It's listed on https://firebog.net/

Android malware from Amazon straight to your door
For what it's worth that domain in your repo is also listed in the 1Hosts block-list [1] but only in the Xtra category, not sure why. It seems that is a known malware site. Oddly enough it is not listed in the PiHoleBlocklist [2]
[1] - https://github.com/badmojr/1Hosts [listed but only in Xtra]

Target List Plans - Good seeing various updates
For example, https://github.com/Perflyst/PiHoleBlocklist/blob/master/SmartTV.txt blocks tons of crap tv's send out, but firewalla doesn't stop much of it and you know how smart devices are. Yes, you could make a manual list, but is insanely time intensive. Smart devices on my network; nextdns blocks over 10000 connections a day.

Samsung UK admits you canβt disable ads on Samsung smart TV
I use this [1] and never seen an ad on my LG TV. Its only for Smart TVs. It blocks all the major TV ad networks too but can't tell how successful it is on other TVs since I only have LG.
[1] https://github.com/Perflyst/PiHoleBlocklist
- LPT: If you own a Samsung smart TV that has ads, you can block them by adding ads.samsung.com to your block list on your internet router
