Ventura on ThinkPad T450 using OpenCore
I am trying to install macOS Ventura on my thinkpad T450 using the latest OpenCore release. It seems that people have successfully installed it on the same hardware (https://github.com/CLAY-BIOS/Lenovo-ThinkPad-T450s-Hackintosh-OpenCore/issues/124).

Hey. I try to install mac os monteray on ThinkPad x250 but after selecting "macos recovery" there is a black screen. Does anyone know what could be the reason?
I have used this guide https://github.com/CLAY-BIOS/Lenovo-ThinkPad-T450s-Hackintosh-OpenCore/blob/master/README-English.md and many others for each of the same problem. I have fully serviced hardwere. i think it might be a bios problem

Still noise headphone jack noise on the T450
There are two ALCPlugFixes that I found (racka98 and CLAY-BIOS and MultimediaLucario) . Both allowed me to follow the steps exactly as they were described in the readme, including the one where you drag the ALC3232.plist file and everything. I was able te execute well and never returned me any errors, neither of them.

Trying To Hackintosh But Im Stucked Here
If you're still using clover, I suggest making the switch to OpenCore. I was trying to do the same thing on my T450 and clover bootloader had so many issues with my thinkpad. Switched to using opencore and it booted on the first try. You might want to do some googling to find a suitable EFI for the T440p though. Here's a repo. There might be more but I just googled and copied the first link to an EFI.
What are some alternatives?
