I gave commit rights to someone I didn't know
I did this with every first committer to https://github.com/zladx/LADX-Disassembly : giving commit rights immediately (so that they can merge their first PR themselves).
I did wonders to foster a community of contributors, and get more patches coming. The CI ensures nothing breaks, and there never was any trust incident.

[LA] Did I screw this up permanently
I just looked it up and realized that the horse heads do not move in the same way across all versions of the game. According to this, you have a 1/4 chance in the original and DX of the head landing properly. After playing the Switch version, I assumed they moved the same in previous versions and I was screwing up because it was hitting the wall. Even though it took me longer to figure out in the Switch version, I'm really glad the puzzle was changed because now it's predictable and duplicable. I'm sure speedrunners are happy about that too.
