Using Java Beans in a composed UI
Souffleur is an open source remote control for presentations. The client (a Flutter app) sends commands (next page, previous page, first slide, last slide) to a server (a Java Swing app) that emits corresponding key strokes. If the presentation software is running on the same machine, it will show the next, previous, etc. slide.

Building a cross platform remote control for presentations
This concludes the first part of this series. In the next installment, I will show you some code from the companion software. If you are curious to try Souffleur for yourself, feel free to clone the GitHub repo. Please note: currently you can't get the client from the app stores, and there also isn't a ready to use installer. At least some of this may change soon.
