Also, now when everybody got access to the SC API, I think there are a lot of interesting abilities that can be added to the SC Discord bot. You can find its source code here. It's currently running on every SC discord server, and I would be happy to review any pull requests.

Actually, I already implemented full featured ts api and database wrapper. As a former employee of stalcraft I have access to API's source code and if you want to continue your development, I advise you to take a look at my implementation as it has an accurate representation of the database format. https://github.com/JustAGod1/sc-api-ts
