I believe it has to do with the merging plugin. Take a look at this issue and see if the last comment on there doesn't help: https://github.com/danieladov/jellyfin-plugin-mergeversions/issues/13
The "group movies into collection" option has a side effect: it separates movies with multiple versions. Is this a bug or did I mess something up?
