There are some way to connect a headphone to the dualshock 4 3.5mm jack and listen to the game there?
There's a nice discussion about it on ds4windows GitHub: https://github.com/Jays2Kings/DS4Windows/issues/17 It's possible to do this, but neither ds4windows nor Linux drivers have implemented it. This behavior is very specific to Dualshock 4, and hard to figure out.

Controller won't connect
The issue has to do with the firmware of the controller (sometimes it might get corrupted). So your best bet is to download an open source DS4Windows (it’s open source) and install it. Here is the link to the GitHub repo: https://github.com/Jays2Kings/DS4Windows/releases.

Looks like PS5 exclusive Returnal is headed to PC
People have been discussing it on the old DS4Win github as recently as last year. It seems like Ryochan just hasn't gotten around to it yet and nobody else is working on it, from what I'm reading.

From what I see online, it only officially supports PS3+PS4, and not PC. You might be able to get it to work using https://ds4-windows.com/ .
