Can't Find Picoflasher Com Port
Using Jrunner with extras from https://github.com/Octal450/J-Runner-with-Extras/releases/tag/V3.2.2-r2 and https://github.com/X360Tools/PicoFlasher/releases/. I can see the Picoflasher icon in Jrunner. Supposedly this changes depending on what flasher you use.

RGH3 failed on both my Falcons 0022?
You do not even need to look at this old post buddy! On se7 Ruby made a guide on how to make a donor nand with the amazing J-runner with Extra that Octal made. Have you checked this? Just so you know I myself I am having issues with a falcon nand that got corrupted attempting an rgh3 but in my case the console booted normally, I only had glitchy dashboard… also my nand (might have) had problems even before the dump so I am not sure if it can be considered the same issue.

How to fix firmware on disc drive?
I would get the stock nand dump (or whatever what was on it before the drive stopped working), load in jrunner, https://github.com/Octal450/J-Runner-with-Extras/releases/latest, choose your settings, click 17559, and hit create xebuild image. Then flash that.

Pico drivers not found on Windows 7 -- what's going on?
It shouldn't need any special drivers. Just make sure you put the picoflasher firmware on the pico by holding bootsel whilst plugging it in and dragging over the picoflasher firmware from the GitHub repo https://github.com/X360Tools/PicoFlasher

With pico flasher you are specifically not supposed too DO NOT SOLDER ANYTHING TO THE CRYISTAL
