Also, I want to know if the integrated GPU and Network will work, for the GPU if the complete VRAM will work and for the network I have seen this patch and I don't know if it works : https://github.com/acidanthera/IntelMausi - The card is an Intel I219-V
- Got my very non conventional hackintosh running! Big sur on ASUS P9X79 WS and dual GTX 770s, dual booting windows and macOS. (bonus, how do I stop apple from pestering me to update to Monterey? Since I run Nvidia I can't upgrade.)

Can’t get onboard LAN or pci wireless card recognized after upgrading mobo and processor in working build
Your board appears to have the Intel I219-V Ethernet chipset, so it should work with IntelMuasiEthernet... unless your copy of the kext is just too old? It's had a name change within the past 8 years, after all. You can find the latest version here: https://github.com/acidanthera/IntelMausi/releases

Installer keeps rebooting: "service exited due to sigkill"
The OpenCore Install Guide points to IntelMausi (which is the one I would need), which I understand is acidantheras own fork of IntelMausiEthernet. However, In the Kext Repo which is linked from the very same page, there's only the IntelMausiEthernet-version.
What are some alternatives?
WhateverGreen - Various patches necessary for certain ATI/AMD/Intel/Nvidia GPUs
AppleALC - Native macOS HD audio for not officially supported codecs
GenSMBIOS - Py script that uses acidanthera's macserial to generate SMBIOS and optionally saves them to a plist.
