Anti-AI Hype LLM Reading List
AGI is here because GPT-4 can draw a unicorn
Seeing how random gpt performs this task nowadays I became much more skeptical towards this (https://gpt-unicorn.adamkdean.co.uk/). Even if you argue the model is somehow crippled due to computation costs I'd still expect that gpt-4 could SOMETIMES draw something like a unicorn with vector shapes but perhaps not all the time. Certainly a one prompt one result conclusion seems to me really weird.

After 118 days, GPT Unicorn has produced a unicorn
The command is Draw a unicorn in SVG format. Dimensions: 500x500. Respond ONLY with a single SVG string. Do not respond with conversation or codeblocks.

I just asked this and got the following result:

ChatGPT Now Losing Users
Your response does two things --
Dismisses the countless examples given, from me in this thread/my comment history, and many other threads on this website and Reddit.
Dismisses the pretense that certain people get access to unfiltered models under the guise of conspiracy.
In the sparks of AGI paper from Microsoft, the researcher mentions the differences in private/test models versus the ones prepped for consumers. If you want a hard to ignore visual example, just look at the unicorn they drew for that paper and then look at https://gpt-unicorn.adamkdean.co.uk/.
I hope you can add to these discussions rather than primarily be dismissive. This is not conspiracy, we do not know the intention behind the changes and I am not speculating on the intentions of the actors.

Is anyone tracking GPT 3-4 performance on tests?
Only thing I know is https://gpt-unicorn.adamkdean.co.uk
- Uncensored models, fine-tuned without artificial moralizing, such as “Wizard-Vicuna-13B-Uncensored-HF” performs well at LLM eval benchmarks even when compared with larger 65B, 40B, 30B models. Has there been any studies about how censorship handicaps a model’s capabilities?

GPT Unicorn: A Daily Exploration of GPT-4's Image Generation Capabilities
FYI, I forgot to make the data persistent[1] so the first five images were sadly lost just now as I made a few updates to the repo. Apologies for this.
