I made the Deej volume mixer so now I can control the volume of programs individually!
No, I don't mind. Here's where it is in github. The heavy lifting there is done by a very helpful IconExtractor library I found, all credit there to TsudaKageyu. I had issues getting that to do system apps so I just used the standard IconHelper.LoadIconResource.
