Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

Yes, I've used Docker to host everything. The Pi-Hosted git repo is an excellent resource that can certainly help you if you are new to self-hosting.

I installed Whoogle from the App templates section of Portainer with almost a single click, by modifying Portainer's json link for app templates, change that in Portainer, and go to App Templates, You can easily install Whoogle ;) link
