Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

CUDA integration for C#
I've had a good experience with ILGPU: clean API, loads of samples, nice community. Apologies for a shameless plug, but I used it in one of my projects and happened to write a blog post about it: https://timiskhakov.github.io/posts/computing-the-convex-hull-on-gpu. Hope it helps!

Is there a way to utilize the gpu in a C# program?
https://github.com/Sergio0694/ComputesSharp is always being recommended to me. But I also just found this one https://github.com/m4rs-mt/ILGPU which looks very interesting. There are a lot of libraries which allow you to execute on the gpu

Is there a way to run metal shaders on CPU threads?
I would checkout the github for more details, or ask on the discord for more specifics, but all the kernels are compiled into IL by the C# compiler, then at runtime the ILGPU compiler converts them from IL into PTX, OpenCL, or back into IL (in a special way to maintain thread grouping and stuff). Then PTX / OpenCL /IL is compiled and run using the respective runtimes. Cuda for PTX, the OpenCL runtime for OpenCL, and .net for IL. We have talked about creating a CPU execution path that tries to match speeds with CPU code, but I do not think it is a big priority.

Where are my Frames Suffering?
Really depends from game, can you please link screenshot from https://zentimings.protonrom.com and what games you having low frames with?
- 3600mhz ram on r7 5800x3D (LATENCY)

Overclocked Ram keeps crashing my PC and advise.
Can you post a Zentimings screenshot?

Blue Screen D.O.C.P
Try going a bit higher on the voltage and seeing it if improves stability further then, if it doesn't you may need to adjust terminations/drive strengths/miscellaneous voltages, posting a screenshot of ZenTimings would make providing suggestions a easier

OCCT SSE memory test is the only one showing errors. What am I hunting for?
Also, will help others to give advice if you show the settings with ZenTimings. And list make of ram along with version number (Corsair) or "042" code (GSkill), unless it is just Ballistix.

Laggy while idling?
Also, while you're at it, before anything, download Zen Timings https://zentimings.protonrom.com/ and use the screenshot button and post a reply with an imgur link or wherever is clever with your current settings. It might be telling on it's own and it's super quick.

Issue with settings ram timings
Please post zentimings.

Looking for advice on bad stuttering/performance.
Download https://zentimings.protonrom.com/ and post a screenshot with your current memory settings. Good chance it's memory/fabric related.
-
frequency reduction
This is one of the issues when running DDR5-6200 but the NB clock doesn't represent UCLK or FCLK which is why forcing the ratio doesn't make a difference. Use ZenTimings to get a better idea of what's going on.

I waited forever to buy an affordable 6750xt and it really isn't performing as well as I thought it would.
Also in the mean time download Zen timings and post a screenshot to imgur or somewhere with your current memory settings. It could be as simple as your memory doesn't have XMP/DOCP enabled, or maybe it reset because of a power outage or a BIOS update (both things have happened to me).
