Placing a Multiple Page PDF in Adobe Id AND having them centered

- I'm trying to import pdfs into indesign, but when I place them I have to choose how big I want them. The problem is I need them the size I saved them as, is there a way to import them without having to rescale them?

Looking for a plug in that will let me work in different scales i.e. 1:2 or 1" = 1'
In this github script dump there's a 'Rescale' script. It prompts you to put in the old and new size in specific units, but you can also say the old size is '1' and the new size '2' to double everything (or the old scale is '0.5' and the new scale is '1' for the same effect, so on and so forth).
