That being said, I moved away from Arislan and other individual luas a while back. Selindrile has its own system across all jobs and is what a lot of people consider to be the best. The only downside is you need some extra library files and they use a different naming convention on their gearsets, so it takes a little to setup, then you obviously have to redo all your sets for all your jobs, but it was definitely worth it in the end. If you feel like investing in them, keep in mind that the original Selindrile luas are dead and outdated, and the ones you want are Headtatt's as he took over. Here is the link.

That said, my buddy has been working on a Lua pack that covers all jobs and is very easy to set up, you might find it interesting for general use: https://github.com/grandivory/ffxi-gearswap/ (I checked and it does include some of the logic I have for preventing swaps while your avatar is readying a BP, for example, so it should be viable with SMN too.)
