WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
My luas are highly customized to fit my needs (like my goal with my Summoner lua is to reduce everything down to 1 macro page) but they are mostly up to date.
AlanWarren and Arislan have essentially updated versions of Kinematics luas. That being said Kinematics are perfectly fine, that's what I use for almost all my jobs. I just update/add w/e I need if something is missing (mainly different DT or engage sets). The functions themselves are all there for the most part already without needing to change anything.

That said, my buddy has been working on a Lua pack that covers all jobs and is very easy to set up, you might find it interesting for general use: https://github.com/grandivory/ffxi-gearswap/ (I checked and it does include some of the logic I have for preventing swaps while your avatar is readying a BP, for example, so it should be viable with SMN too.)
There's https://github.com/ekrividus/GearSwap which handles pet jobs fairly well, including Overdrives and AFAC. It handles every job but was originally intended for pets cause pet jobs are great. Then folks asked for features to support other jobs better.
