WE NEED HALODATAHIVE BACK!!!
Keep in mind, 343's actual internal Halo API is still publicly accessible, it's just not documented, so HaloDotAPI shutting down doesn't necessarily mean the end for all these stat sites. There's another guy who's been quietly plugging away at creating documentation for the API and developing his own open source API. He's got a blog, website, github, and wiki detailing all of it. HDH and the other sites just need to figure out how to migrate their services over to this other API, or just pull the info directly from the source themselves.

I reverse-engineered the entire Halo Infinite API so you don't have to. You can use it to access your Halo data (match stats, medals, etc.) Available for .NET applications (Python and Node.js coming soon!)
Hey folks! I am the developer of the OpenSpartan.Grunt open source project, that wraps the Halo Infinite API. I've just finished wrapping the supported Halo Infinite APIs into one, consumable package that you can add to your project., It enables developers to easily access their Halo data without having to try and figure out how to get it.

Halo Infinite's API seems to return some numbers on map popularity - here's a snapshot of how each map compares, by the number of all-time plays
Happy to chat about my findings around the API, although it seems like you have most of it figured out already. I am in the process of documenting everything on the Grunt API site and I wrote about it on my blog.
- I wrote an unofficial wrapper for the official Halo Infinite web API - it's open-source, and enables stat tracking in campaign, matches, and more
