are there any libraries to interop with WASM?
There's winter by dfinity, which ports the wasm spec interpreter originally written in OCaml. There aren't quick examples around so it'll take a while before you get familiar with its internals.
What are some alternatives?
aterm-utils - Utility functions for working with aterms as generated by Minitermite
inline-js - Call JavaScript from Haskell, and vice versa!
haskell-names - Haskell suite library for name resolution
fp - A small, weird and unpractical programming language.
ghc-justdoit - A magic typeclass that just does it
hint - Runtime Haskell interpreter
tal - An implementation of Typed Assembly Language (Morrisett, Walker, Crary, Glew)
wasm-api-hs - High-level Haskell bindings to Wasm C API.
ministg - Ministg is an interpreter for a high-level, small-step, operational semantics for the STG machine.
mikrokosmos - (λ) Educational lambda calculus interpreter
type-of-html - High performance type safe html generation
hint - Runtime Haskell interpreter [Moved to: https://github.com/haskell-hint/hint]
