With HWMonitorSMC2 (no reboot needed) https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/HWMonitorSMC2 I could get CPU temps and fans speed CPU frequency is not working, I guess Intel Power Gadget is needed

A standalone Activity Monitor alternative that isn't on the menu bar and shows stats for individual apps and groups processes by app?
