New to Homebridge - Having issues with temperature conversions between Celcius and Farenheit.
Doing a bit of digging, I found the Charaacteristic definition in https://github.com/homebridge/HAP-NodeJS/blob/master/src/lib/definitions/CharacteristicDefinitions.ts. I'm still a bit new to Typescript... what would the best way / place for me to modify this Characteristic? Do I need to just make this change here and basically run a custom version of Homebridge?

Homewizard Watermeter under homebridge-http-advanced-accessory
Well, the API only provides m3 values, and the plugin you suggested is only displaying 2 decimals instead of 3 in homekit (most likely a homekit limitation; since in homebridge 3 [and even 4] decimals are listed, and the accuracy of the sensor seems to be 0.0001 - as listed on https://github.com/homebridge/HAP-NodeJS/blob/master/src/lib/definitions/CharacteristicDefinitions.ts )
