The anchor code also depends on an intermediary API layer that I built so that the Gridcoin wallet's RPC interface would never have to be exposed outside of the operating system it's running in, not even to the internal network. That code is also open sourced in my Gridcoin.WebApi repo. I drew a lot of inspiration and knowledge from the GRC-HUG-REST-API, so I thank the authors of that, but I wanted to update it to use a slightly more modern and secure authentication / authorization scheme.
