Raze Network, First Polkadot Cross-Chain Privacy Protocol!!
I don't know about if they'll be first. There's 14 other projects currently listed on https://polkaproject.com/#/projects?cateID=0&tagID=5 some of which already have substrate implementations, some are zkSNARK based (others use Intel SGX), and have Web3 Grants. Currently Raze is an ERC 20 Ethererum token, I do not believe they have a Substrate implementation yet. Also curiously, I see they posted an application for a Web3 grant but it appears it was never submitted upstream. https://github.com/Raze-Net/Open-Grants-Program/blob/master/applications/Raze_Network.md When the application is submitted, a PR is executed which merges it back into the Web3's github and that hasn't been done. It would have been merged into this repo: https://github.com/w3f/Grant-Milestone-Delivery/blob/master/evaluations/manta-network_1_alxs.md
