Gogh VS carbon

For gnome-terminal , i could just run this script to get a customized terminal very quickly: https://github.com/Gogh-Co/Gogh , However, that script doesn't work with gnome-console.

Is there any tool that can do what I want? For instance there is this one https://github.com/Gogh-Co/Gogh but I am not sure it can change the colours independently
