Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Playnite is perfect as an AIO frontend for your gaming library. Pirated or otherwise
There's a program called glossi. It basically lets you utilize steam's controller bindings for your entire computer. But then there's a Playnite add-on under the generic add-ons called glossi intergration. You'll want to add it via Playnite, but there's a github page with the full details here.

Another Windows 11 experience post. Tweaking for a more Deck-like experience!
Optional things I recommend is browsing Playnite addons for fullscreen themes you like, as that always gives your deck some versatility. I am also looking into the whole ludusavi plugin to be able to create my own cloud for non-Steam games, as well as the GloSI plugin which I haven't had time to explore yet. AutoSave for Playnite which works with Ludusavi also seems to be a winner.

PSN Metadata add-on that works with background images?
Update for the plugin to 0.3 version that adds background images and descriptions is now available in the add-ons section and at https://github.com/XenorPLxx/playnite-metadata-psn-universal/releases/tag/0.3.
