What if you use the original permasigner from here? https://github.com/itsnebulalol/permasigner. That's what I use. PermasigneriOS was always kinda wonky for me. If that still doesn't work then yeah, it is a 14.3 thing with taurine probably as I'm on Odysseyra1n 14.8.1 with no issues like that.

The two latest releases of Nebula's Permasigner should work on Unc0ver. You can boot up a Linux or MacOS VM to use it too

I don't know about signing/registering, but if the app doesn't appear after installing, run UIcache. Or try nebula's permasign on macOS.
