Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Changelog hisrory modulo?
The system kind of assumes everyone is mature enough not to cheat. The closest I've seen to this behavior is https://github.com/illandril/FoundryVTT-sheet5e-lockdown, but it's not exhaustive. You really don't need much though. If you're worried about cheaters just tell your table that for a few sessions you (the DM) are the only one who is going to be messing with inventory and stats. Then, anything you see that you didn't do is obviously cheating.

Any way to apply a secret Active Effect on a player character?
I haven't tried this, but Illandril's Character Sheet Lockdown comes to mind -- It might be helpful (or not?).

Pathfinder 2e and Illandril's Hotbar Uses
Has anyone been able to get Illandril's Hotbar Uses to work with Pathfinder 2e and spell slots? I can't quite seem to work out a way to make it work.
What are some alternatives?
