Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Just dropping by real quick to say that the Grid Scaler module has been transferred to me after checking with the original author. If you had issues with it in the past give it another try. The first thing I did was bring in a bug fix I've hit myself many times. I've also streamlined the process and added a new button to toggle the display of the grid temporarily while you're working on aligning it. I have some more ideas for future updates, but if you have any suggestions for improvements just open an issue on the GitHub page.
