I think I finally have been able to get the animations to near full speed. I used a previous config and this time it encoded better. I suggest re-downloading all boot animations. I also added a requested ghibli animation if you want that.

vita-bootanim: unable to get mkanim code working
So I made a bootable ubuntu usb stick, popped it in my laptop and its running, I installed imagemagick, gzip was already installed, I changed the directory in terminal to the /pc/ folder, placed my boot_animation.gif there, yet running 'mkanim -help' (as per https://github.com/SKGleba/VitaTools) says it can't find the file or directory. so after various google searches I found out I need to run './mkanim.c -help' yet doing this command says there is a syntax error near unexpected token '(' with line of code 'uint32_t getSz(const char* src) {'

Corrupted games or console?
If you used vitaDeploy or storageformat than its fine, as both tools will format the micro sd to the correct allocation and format.
- so my sd2vita hasn't arrived yet but i already setted up the storagemgr, copy paste everything to my micro sd card, did everything, so when my sd2vita arrives i can just power off the psvita put my sd2vita on the game card slot and power it on and I'm done. Is that possible?

I WANT TO REFORMAT SD2VITA AND START FROM SCRATCH AGAIN
Okay, https://github.com/SKGleba/VitaTools/raw/main/storageFormat/build/storageFormat.vpk this is the link to the storageformat app. You want that on your device's internal memory (not ur0, not your SD2vita)
-
Just a question, since SD2VITA method exist, and it uses game cartridge slot
