Yes and no. The dev board by itself is just used for debugging and has no practical function. With flashing marauder on the esp build in the dev board you can give it wifi marauder functionality. Afaik Spacehuhns Deauther (With SequoiaSans Flipper App) has fewer functionality than marauder, but don't quote me on that as i do not own a dev board myself and haven't messed araound with marauder a lot.

I have made this case to protect the ESP 8266 and AMS1117 voltage regulator assembly used as a Deauther on the Flipper Zero following the instruction of SequoiaSan. The idea was to protect the pins when the assembly was in my backpack or my pocket.

I've been reading around and it looks like the canonical tutorial for building your apps on the flipper is the Flipper-Plugin-Tutorial by DroomOne.

I found this guide that is somewhat adjacent to the topic (https://github.com/DroomOne/Flipper-Plugin-Tutorial) but I am a bit confused on how to actually compile the software then flash the firmware to include the new app. I am new to hardware modifying so any help is appreciated!
