Thanks wyze for not alerting me when a thief actually broke into our property. But yeah love the wind blowing the trees, bunny rabbits and nothing happening alerts. 👍
Five Leaves Left WyzeHacks This is a community-made firmware that includes support for RTSP (among other things) Recordings can be sent to another system via NFS but the camera/wyze app will not have access to them or the sdcard at all. It is also likely susceptible to being broken (no longer installable, but if you have it it will keep working) by future Wyze firmware updates. Meaning it may or may not work for you now, and if it does but you go back to the official firmware for a time, it may not work when you try it again in the future. Once you've flashed it you should be good if you don't go back to the official one.

yeah...so even with wyzehacks there is no service running on 12345 on the v3, and you can not view this with vlc. are you sure you are not talking about https://github.com/FiveLeavesLeft/WyzeHacks ? different project.

It's fairly new but I was able to get v3 RTSP going with FiveLeavesLeft's WyzeCameraLiveStream based off of WyzeHacks

Is there a PC-based program/script/etc out there for easy navigation of the Wyze Cam's webserver?
Yeah I use https://github.com/FiveLeavesLeft/WyzeCameraLiveStream on my V3's which includes the WyzeHacks stuff and adds a (video only) h264 stream at full resolution.

Initially, the prerequirements to get it working was to first install WyzeHacks and then install WyzeCameraLiveStream. But the author of WyzeCameraLiveStream, FiveLeavesLeft forked WyzeHacks and baked in RTSP support here
