Not a public repo, but it’s used this way in a production environment for the last few years when loading fixed length files from a few different state agencies (we process using C#, and the Files Helper NuGet package, see www.filehelpers.net for some code examples).

Then use DependencyWalker.Net to see which (dependent) Assemblies (DLLs) are missing.

Net 6 DLL can't load System.Runtime.Caching when called from a /clr:netcore DLL
Try using dependencywalker.net and open the System.Runtime.Caching from the bin folder and see what is actually missing. You will get the same "The system cannot find the file specified" error if the dependency or any of it's transitive dependencies are missing. DependencyWalker will show you which ones are missing.
