QP limit is 1 billion (well, one single QP less than that), and it really depends on your ability and time to farm. Tons of people are using Fate/Grand Automata to automate their farming recently so this event is probably gonna have high-reported numbers, but keep in mind we're a specialized forum so our "average" is going to be well-above the actual user average.
Latest version should be able to automatically skip friend request dialogue, but I haven't tested it myself.
Go through this and fix whatever you need to.
It is. Use the apk found here for the beta "Canary" version (which is pretty much just the up-to-date version).
Watch the video guide, read the troubleshooting guide. Provide more actual information as to what the problem is. Enable root. It's buggy if you're playing on JP.

No. For Bluestacks use FGA.
You can find it here, though I recommend the beta Canary branch for its massive improvements over the officially-posted one.
